Marisa brings more than 20 years of experience in customer-centric roles to AimPoint Group. As CCO, she serves as the corporate “voice of the client” and is responsible for ensuring APG delivers an optimal customer experience.
Before APG, Marisa was Senior Account Executive at CyberEdge Group where she grew the company’s client base from 50 named accounts to more than 150 in four years, accelerating business growth and ensuring company success. During that time, Marisa closed the company’s first six-figure deals and onboarded some of the biggest players in the market, including Microsoft and Google.
Prior to CyberEdge, Marisa held various roles at Citrix Systems, including International Sales Administrator, Sales Operations Manager, and Account Manager. As one of the first 100 employees, Marisa helped propel Citrix to become one of the fastest-growing publicly held software companies during the 1990s’ tech boom.
A native of Switzerland, Marisa is a former champion of the Swiss national swim team. When she’s not working, Marisa enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, and playing tournament poker.
